[Preview] KINGS 6th ADVANCE

KING OF KINGS presents the "6th ADVANCE" which takes place this Saturday July 4th from Tokyo. KINGS will be looking to continue their success as one of the hottest new MMA companies in the world!

In the main event, the first KINGS Featherweight Champion will be crowned when the #2 Japanese ranked Garnett Layden (4-1-0) faces off against the undefeated #6 ranked Masakazu Aoki (4-0-0). Layden is coming in with 3 straight wins (the past 2 in KINGS and PRIDE previous to that). In his last fight he devastated Aunes Kannunen in just eight seconds. Aoki, who fights with Vegas Top Team, looks to continue his impressive streak as he's yet to taste defeat.

The semi-main event will see a special Openweight match between the 220lbs Heavyweight Hunter Rose (1-1-0) who will try to chop down the 6'8" 270lbs Super-Heavyweight Luka Nesto (4-0-0). Nesto is the 4th ranked Super-Heavyweight division. Rose will try and hunt down this monster in this unique match-up.

Two Welterweight's who will make their KINGS debut, Keiji Suzuki (3-0-0) who ranks #6 in Japan will face PRIDE veteran Devin Buckner (2-2-0). The Welterweight division in KINGS is wide open and this will be an important fight.

Dokuohtei Kuroki (1-0-0) makes his return after debuting back at KINGS inaugural event and will meet North Korean Lee Cheung Pak (0-2-0) who is still searching for his first pro win.

Middleweight Takumi Fujiwara (2-1-0) from Hall of Future Champions Gym will make his KINGS debut when he takes on Osuka Kasumia (2-1-0) who makes his return to KINGS after a victory at the FIGHTING ARTS FESTIVAL.

Mika Huima (2-1-0) looks to bounce back after a recent loss when the Finnish Heavyweight will do battle with Hanamichi Ono (2-2-0) who is also looking to bounce back after two straight losses.

Welterweight Jushin Kusanagi (3-4-0) makes his second appearance in KINGS after a tough loss in his debut and will face Glen Burnett (1-2-0) who lost his last fight to the newest Welterweight Champion Ken Kei Katsuro.

Minamoto Yoritomo (3-2-0) looks to continue his success in KINGS coming off a win on 6/22 as he will meet Tokyo Shooto's Go Okami (1-1-0) who will be looking for redemption after a recent defeat to top Light Heavyweight Logan Strauss.

Kazu Saku (1-2-0) will make his KINGS debut when me faces American Reginald Walker (1-0-0) who will also be making his first impression in KINGS.
